We’re Hiring: Ad Agency Administrator

If so, our fast-paced brand and advertising agency is looking for you; an Ad Agency Administrator with strong experience in proof checking print-ready files on tight deadlines and whose excellent admin and attention to detail skills help create efficient processes and resources for their team to deliver quality work.

Job Title: Ad Agency Administrator
Type: Permanent 08:30 – 17:00 (in office). Overtime may be required.
Job level: Junior to Mid
Location: Cape Town (Lagoon Beach)
To start: ASAP
Salary: Negotiable
Education level: Matric

Key deliverables include:

  • Proofread and check print-ready product brochure layouts against briefing documents, ensuring text and image information, pricing, and financial terms are correct.
  • Set up monthly social media content schedules/calendars in Excel ensuring dates, text and image information, pricing, and financial terms are correct.
  • Compile top-quality PowerPoint presentations for the client service team.
  • Collate and record research data into concise, accurate reports.
  • Assist the client service team with trafficking workload, which includes determining capacity, and prioritising tasks in studio.
  • Assist the digital team with reviewing, proofreading social media content and being a part of the compliance workflow approval process on social media management systems.
  • Assist all departments with overflow admin and office duties when primary tasks are completed.
  • Attend and be an integral, active participant during internal weekly client service status meetings.

Key requirements include:

  • At least five years’ proof-checking experience – agency environment experience is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Brilliant administration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • An exceptional eye for detail
  • Ability to work at a fast pace within tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality work
  • Team player
