Quest candidate video – attracting the right people

To maximise efficiency and reduce costs in today’s highly competitive human resource market, the quality of potential candidates that staffing solutions companies attract must be good. Quest spends much time and money to ensure that it recruits the right people. One of these communication tools is a candidate video. Rather than a traditional fact-based presentation, Power of 9 has created a mini-movie that young men and women can relate to. The result is an information-rich few minutes of entertainment that is memorable, compelling and, above all, response-evoking.


Isotherm

Isotherm is made from green plastic bottles collected from land-fill sites. The video is an emotive, informative narrative told by an enigmatic, street-wise individual. The supposition is that he is one of the bottle collectors. The message is poignant with the message of ONE MAN’S JUNK BEING ANOTHER MAN’S TREASURE the thread that weaves its way through the video. The viewer is left with the knowledge that the throwaway junk bottles – via the refining process of people and product – results in Isotherm; a product that is indeed EVERYMAN’S treasure.


I&J

I&J, South Africa’s premier fishing company, has a story; market leadership in chilled and frozen food, factories, superb fleet, freshness of thinking, of product, of company. Without freshness there is no quality. This is the I&J story told in the 4 minute multimedia loop. Quality images of I&J products beautifully prepared, dove-tailing with shots of the wide, wild oceans and deep sea trawlers. The oceans and the fleet is huge, conditions are challenging, while the end product is warm, inviting and delicious. The juxtaposition of these contrasting yet related visuals is what I&J is all about.
