Strokes of Genius – recognising & rewarding brilliance

At Quest a strategic objective has been to develop a reward and recognition programme for its perm staff. The brief to us was to create a programme that was inspired and that would be inspiring. We decided to carry through the artistic theme of the corporate communication. The result is Strokes of Genius, a programme that highlights the unique colour and texture of Quest’s all-important core values while recognising and rewarding brilliant performance and achievement. Strokes of Genius is communicated via posters, emailers, booklets, personal gifts, a multimedia loop and an exciting, ongoing interactive community site.


Nexxus – Silk Road

To be successful, a brand MUST deliver on its promises. The only way to do this effectively is to have loyal, motivated staff members performing at their peak. NEXXUS, a Cape Town-based company trading internationally in food products, has on behalf of its staff, embarked on an educational, self-improvement journey called Silk Road. Values-driven and inspirational, the NEXXUS Silk Road holds rich and wonderful rewards for those who travel it.

Retaining excellent staff is a top priority. OnQ with Quest, the South African staffing industry’s biggest and most effective incentive program, connects with these young people on the interactive, informative, helpful and entertaining OnQ community site.
